Originally from Petersburg, Virginia, Janica obtained her Paralegal Studies certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University. As a medical records paralegal, she builds relationships with medical providers to quickly obtain the medical records and bills needed to make an informed demand for their case. This process can be time-consuming and her work allows our clients to focus on their health and well-being while we handle their case.

Janica is the proud mother of three children. She has a passion for helping others in her community as well as through her career. When she’s not working, she enjoys live music and comedy shows, trying new cuisines, and traveling.
