Daniel McNamara
Trial Attorney
Mr. McNamara earned his undergraduate from the University of Virginia, (BA in English Literature), and attended Washington and Lee University’s School of Law (Juris Doctor). As a dedicated personal injury attorney, Daniel advocates for clients who have been injured due to negligence, working tirelessly to secure the compensation they deserve. He handles a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims, guiding clients through every step of the legal process with compassion and expertise. He was named a Top 40 Under 40 in 2019 by National Trial Lawyers.
Daniel is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and works out of our Norfolk office location.
