Destiny Boone

Originally from Portsmouth, VA (and raised in Suffolk), Ms. Boone earned her Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University, where she majored in Political Science, and minored in Criminal Justice. She received her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University.
As a passionate personal injury attorney, Destiny is committed to advocating for those who have been injured due to negligence. She works diligently to secure fair compensation for her clients, handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. With a client-focused approach, she guides individuals through every stage of the legal process, providing compassionate support and strategic representation.
Destiny is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association as well as the South Hampton Bar Association and the Old Dominion Bar Association. She works out of our Hampton office.

Destiny loves going to the gym, and tries to work out at least five days a week. She loves going to the beach in warm weather, and enjoys biking and hiking as well.
