Case Manager
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Grace graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. As a member of our customer service representative team, she reaches out to clients to check-in on them while they are seeing medical providers and healing from their injuries. She also obtains the necessary paperwork to move the case forward before settlement or litigation and answers any questions from clients, walking them through the process of a personal injury case.
Grace works out of our Richmond office.

When she’s not making a positive impact on our clients, Grace lives with her loving husband, Jacob, and their two dogs – Hector and Mavis. Hector is a white Peke-a-chon (Bichon Frisé/Pekingese mix) and Mavis is a black Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund mix). She loves to watch movies and shows, read, paint, and explore the local restaurant scene in Richmond.
