Heather
Liens and Demands Manager
Prior to joining the Pendleton Law Team, Heather grew up in Panama, California, Colorado, Michigan, Tennessee and Virginia due to her father’s service in the United States Navy as a SEAL. In 2009, she graduated from Longwood University with a BA in English Writing & Rhetoric. After graduation, Heather worked for several years in veterinary medicine as well as a medical office for dermatology.
While Heather specializes in writing demands so our clients will receive fair and full compensation for their injuries, she also manages our Liens team to ensure liens on cases are handled fastidiously.

Heather lives in Palmyra, Virginia with her husband, doggies and kitties. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys hiking, cooking, writing music, lifting heavy things, fostering animals, and designing websites.
