Jake
Chief Operating Officer
Jacob “Jake” and his wife, Laneise, are the proud parents of daughter, Elise, and son, Hunter. Jake is originally from Houston, Texas where he joined the military following high school. During his twenty year career, Jake served alongside fellow U.S. Army soldiers and Department of Defense troops providing the necessary experience and candor required to perform in austere environments. He and his fellow troops circumnavigated the globe on ten combat and two operational deployments. Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Organizational Management from Ashford University.
As our Chief Operating Officer, Jake helps facilitate our team’s departments to achieve goals, improve processes, and oversee the day-to-day operational functions of our firm in order to develop and foster growth strategies.
Jake currently lives in New Kent with his family where they enjoy their Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, horses, chickens and spending time in the great outdoors.
