Jan Seabaugh
Trial Attorney

Ms. Seabaugh attended the University of Michigan and graduated from the University of Houston (B.A. in Journalism). She also holds an M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education & Psychology. Jan attended law school at the University of Richmond. One of her great passions is helping victims of traumatic brain injury accidents. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and prior to joining the Pendleton Law Team, she evaluated and treated TBI patients at a brain injury clinic for 14 years. Jan also published a book on recovering from concussion/traumatic brain injury that hit Amazon’s #1 bestseller list in three categories when published in 2023.

Jan loves to travel, enjoys anything water-related (beach, pool, boating, swimming), and reading. She also has 3 sons, one of whom got married at Disney World, and she has a psycho cat named Chloe who is very naughty.
