Operations Manager
Originally from Queens, New York, Lydia joined our firm as Operations Manager after an extensive career ensuring teams have what they need to keep the wheels turning. As Operations Manager, Lydia oversees several departments and the general operational needs of our firm to ensure our continued growth and success.
Lydia was selected by her peers in 2022 as one of the firm’s MVP honorees. The Annual Most Valuable Pendleton award goes to three of the employees’ choice of who has consistently demonstrated above and beyond service to our clients and made a positive impact with their team and the firm as a whole.

When she isn’t making sure we’re operating at our best, Lydia enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, Todd, and her son, Tristan. She is most proud of Tristan’s dedication to becoming certified as an electrician. She and her family love to travel to the mountains or the nearby lakes to recharge. They also share their home with a dog, Aries, and two cats, Raven (Black), and Misty (gray).
