Operations Management Specialist
Originally from Henrico, Virginia, Regan earned her Associates Degree in Social Science from Reynold’s Community College. As our Operations Specialist, Regan is one of the first people our clients interact with when they come to our Richmond office. She helps ensure a wide variety of operational needs of our firm are met including: handling all front desk operations, processing incoming and outgoing mail, logistics, and client as well as staff experience. Regan is exploring a potential future as a paralegal and continuing her studies.
Regan was selected by her peers in 2022 as one of the firm’s MVP honorees. The Annual Most Valuable Pendleton award goes to three of the employees’ choice of who has consistently demonstrated above and beyond service to our clients and made a positive impact with their team and the firm as a whole.

When she’s not making our office an organized and inviting environment, Regan enjoys spending time with her family and her babies: Waffles and Paco. She also enjoys making items that promote health and well being: primarily soaps and candles. When she’s not getting crafty, you can catch her reading mystery novels, solving jigsaw puzzles, or taking a much needed nap.
