Regina Baker, Esq. is a dedicated trial attorney on our litigation team, bringing a wealth of experience and a fierce commitment to advocating for her clients. Originally from Mechanicsville, Virginia, Regina earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Government at the College of William & Mary and then earned her Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC. Regina came to the Pendleton Law Team with an extensive legal career litigating cases. As a trial attorney, she represents clients in court to achieve a verdict with the maximum compensation for their injuries.
Regina is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and works out of our Richmond – Staples Mill office location.

When Regina isn’t making a difference for her clients, she enjoys reading suspense novels and Victorian literature. She loves hiking with family and attends softball games on weekends for her daughters who both play on travel teams. She and her family also enjoy spending time with their little man, Remy.
